That's not an estimation, it's the exact capacity of the Viejas Arena in San Diego.
Those stats only apply to that specific arena, not to all the others.
If you want to see an example wait one more hour till I get on my computer and I will post the capacity and the number of tickets left for the Verizon Arena, in Washington.
