I listened to that album and liked "Who I Am" but the rest wasn't appealing, memorable, or stuck to you.
I think she had one other good song on that album that sounded like her crying in a grave for 5 minutes, with rain in the background -- or it could've been a song from Full Moon.
Most of Aaliyah isn't memorable either and if it is then its only because its the last album before her death. One in A Million is her only memorable album imo. Who I Am is the worst song on Afrodisiac. LOL
Classing Songs: The Boy is Mine>>>>>>> Anything Aayliah Released
Talent: Brandy>>>>>>
Now I love Brandy as much as the next hoodrat, but Aaliyah was MUCH more attractive

The nerve of Gayliyah stans talking about graves
Afrodisiac is definitely a grower. It took me 3 listens to appreciate it and 5 listens to love it.
And the song you are thinking about is When You Touch Me
Godlike ad-libs by the Vocal Bible. Vocally superior to EVERY SINGLE AALIYAH SONG EVER. This is a fact.
But sis Whitney was a crack head nawt a good mentor ..
Was Brandy high on the freeway that day
Whitney Houston also influenced every single female artist after her. The fact that Whitney starred in a movie along Brandy, dated her brother & was like a mother to her
R. Kelly made Aaliyah sing songs, suck his c*ck and get married to him.
