One Hit Wonder to me is an artist that doesn't really solidify a stan base despite having multiple hits or hit albums or grammys or whatever.

Yes, Lauryn Hill was a one-hit wonder, as well. She had one hit with "Doo Wop (That Thing)," then vanished from
the face of the Earth, but not before getting a few Grammys. Lorde will follow the same fate. If you want
to grasp for straws, you can count the Fugees hit "Killing Me Softly." But that doesn't make Lauryn
Hill any less of a one-hit wonder, as I noted earlier, the term is used loosely today.
