But who knows, maybe there are still surprises in the work. There could still be singles coming before the Album release, etc.
It may happen that we may get couple of more songs from the soundtracks of different movies before the next era but they most probably won't be singles. BMR will try to keep Taylor low on the radio before the explosion of the next era
I'm actually starting to think that The Giver won't help her career at all. She (her team) wants to stay low profile till LP5, and LP5 might even be released later than expected , in order to make everyone ready to big exposure, right ? Then The Giver will definitely won't help this, in fact i can see the critics that are criticizing Taylor Swift's performance and questioning why she's chosen to that role.. I'm too pesimistic in these days, but this is very likely i gues..
Rising star Taylor Swift, a 15-year-old singer and BMI-affiliated songwriter, has signed a publishing deal with Sony/ATV Tree Music Publishing.
Born in Reading, Pennsylvania in 1989, Taylor has been garnering media attention since relocating to Nashville this year, including coverage in Vanity Fair and on "Good Morning America," which followed her around town, at school, rehearsing, and performing at the Bluebird Cafe. She was also featured in Abercrombie & Fitch's first "Rising Stars" national ad campaign.
Swift began playing guitar at age 10 and two years later, played to a crowd of 30,000 people; soon after she was booked as the opening act for the Charlie Daniels Band. She then won a national poetry contest which inspired her to write her own songs. She caught the eye of music and entertainment manager Dan Dymtrow (who also manages Britney Spears) when she performed the National Anthem at the US Open tennis championships, and has been working with him for the past two years.
Swifts' song "The Outside" was selected for Maybelline's Chicks with Attitude compilation CD and she recently appeared on a BMI Songwriter's Circle showcase at the Bitter End in New York. She has written songs with a list of renowned writers including Troy Verges, Brett Beavers, and the Warren Brothers. http://www.bmi.com/news/entry/200505...ing_Deal_With_
