Lucario being in doesn't mean Mewtwo won't be too though. I really don't think they would miss the potential with his (two) Mega. And many people want him back. They'd be stupid to not bring Mewtwo back.
He was AWFUL in Brawl. All of his special moves are essentially the same exact move, minus his up special.
They better nerf the hell out of him.
