I think so. They're bound to invite her sooner or later tbh. I wish she wouldn't accept though, because her performance will immediately get compared to previous performances by more capable vocalists (Beyonce, Bruno)/more capable performers (Madonna) and she will be dragged, especially since her vocals are pretty hit and miss.
Not sure why you are all getting vexed about that article. It is copied from Hollywood Life. They ALWAYS make up lies about Taylor. They were claiming Taylor and Selena Gomez had fallen out over Lorde just a few days before Selena posted that pic with her hanging out with Taylor. They just make up lies about all the most popular celebs to get hits.
That story was copied to CelebBitchy. This is a website that specialises in making mean comments about celebrities. They take pride in making bitchy comments. There is a story about Ariana Grande being upset about mean comments on twitter about her. Their response is to blame her and telling her she is being pathetic for reacting to their bitchy comments! They just love being cyber-bullies while hypocriticially pretending to be morally superior to these celebrities they are bashing. Their stupidity is quite amusing really.
If Hollywood Life wrote that the world was flat and there was a conspiracy to make us believe it was round, you'd have people believing it in the comments and acting outraged.

If she will cut, I think she will cut Grammy nom song, Begin Again
No, Because its a Red Tour and she will obviously promote songs on the album. Mean and Sparks Fly probably will have the least impact from the entire setlist. No matter what the concert is, she will always perform Love Story and You Belong with Me. So the obvious choices remaining are Mean and Sparks Fly
