I agree. It should've been $9.99 since the beginning. ARTPOP is very expensive. To put it in perspective, BEYONCÉ is sold for only 1 more $.

She better slay at the ARTPOP Ball and squeeze Heavy Metal Lover, Hair and Bloody Mary into the setlist. I didn't get to see those songs live, and of course I need to experience the slayage that is Bad Romance again.

In other news, ARTPOP is $7.99 on iTunes. Got the email from Apple about it. It should have never been over $10 to begin with. I can maybe see $11.99 for an iTunes price, but not $14.99. Not for ARTPOP.
Actually, $11.99 would've been a really good original price for ARTPOP on iTunes. I really wonder who came up with that $15 price tag. Especially since, during the BTW era, Gaga implied that mainstream artists have the power to sell their record for cheap, they just don't. Oh well, at least the revolutionary, groundbreaking ARTPOP app is free
