Most of her music may be forgettable but Mariah is one of the most influential vocalists of our time, she has a nice and diverse catalog of hits esp for an AC songstress , and she's maintained relevancy/longevity well.

"Betcha Gon' Know" is the best song on "Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel." Mariah Carey has so much swag on that record. I love the way she says, "Mmm-I'm all right. Lil' sleep n' I'll be fine."
