Bey, in the current generation of pop girls, has inspired Adele, Britney, Rihanna, Miley Cyrus, and Nicki Minaj.
Mariah has inspired Ariana Grande.
Usher has inspired Trey Songz?
JT has inspired JB, Chris Brown, Robin Thicke, and Bruno Mars.
I'm not trying to be shady but they've inspired more artists.
How do you put Chris under JT when he's definitely under Usher. You completely tried to ignore Justin Beiber, Bruno is more Usher than JT, and Robin Thicke inspired JT not the other way around.
Mariah inspired Beyonce so by default anyone under her list is under MiMi's as well.
beyoncé is NOT more influential than the songbird supreme. its not just other pop artists like christina, kelly clarkson, leona lewis, ariana grande and beyoncé herself who have taken inspiration from her. look at all the talent show covers trying to replicate her vocals. everybody's always trying to jock mariah's melisma.
the only argument i have against mariah is at her peak she was more of a pop artist than R&B.
And I find it funny how you ran to say Justin inspired all these POP artists, as if that has to do with his status in R&B?
Usher has clearly inspired, given style, or influence to:
Miguel
Chris Brown
Ne-Yo
Trey Songz
and about basically every other current Male R&B Artist.
What artist looks like they've gotten influence, inspiration, etc from Timberlake? Literally nobody.
Not trying to come at Timberlake, but all his style/influence/etc is from TIMBALAND. Timberlake does not have an image of his own.
The only thing he's known for image wise is "a white guy that acts black" and there was PLENTY of those around before him.
Exactly...y'all are gonna make me dig up a lot on JT, I have plenty of ammunition. Comparing someone who debuted before him ALONE with no boyband backing him up. Someone who his first 3 albums has sold more than all Justin's album combined. Someone who James Brown and Micheal Jackson christened publicly as the next in line to take over from them.. truly this is laughable
He may do "R&B" but it is not liked/embraced well enough by the R&B community for him to be the KING. Like 95% of his success is from Pop community.
He's to R&B, what Macklemore is to Rap community.
Excuses, excuses, excuses. Believe what you want, its your opinion...
I just know that both of them are not at their best right now to be called the new Q&K and there were much better and much more influential R&B artists in the past. Mariah and Usher cant compete

Lets not forget Jason Derulo,1D who still publicly claim him..None of them even mention Justin as an inspiration. They usually say MJ,Usher, Stevie Wonder, etc and always skip him like

What do you mean excuses? I don't need to believe anything, when I have FACTS.
Justin Timberlake has NEVER gone #1 on R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay.
"Sexyback" a #1 hit, never even went TOP 10 on R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay.
"Mirrors" peaked at #30 on R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay, despite being #1 on Overall Airplay.
The community does not use him NEARLY as much as Pop community, he is nowhere near the King of R&B. Those are opinions that'd YOU'd like to believe.
Do not even take it there. I got all the receipts. Usher has the Best-Selling Male R&B Album EVER. Justin will never touch him R&B wise.

Remember when 20/20 came out and Justin's team had high hopes that he would break Usher's record as the ONLY R&B album to sell 1million in its first week. They started hyping it as an r&b album, when it didn't hit 1 million they started calling it POP
for real lets not go there I have enough receipts to back my claims
To show how simple minded people are because Usher doesn't have an album out he is branded as IRRELEVANT forgetting that Cimax alone was and is still regarded as the most inspiring and critically acclaimed RNB song since God knows when... Even the legendary beatles member was inspired by that song.
Usher's last top 10 was in 2012 don't get it twisted

And then when he tried to release pure R&B only singles.
Take Back The Night - #29 on Hot 100 (worst charting song in his career at the time).

I'm telling you.. I mean the guy is still trying to reach the pinnacle that Usher has already long reached. Hell Usher ain't worried about music anymore he has charted too damn much. He is just gonna use his time to explore more genres just for fun.

I disagree. And most of the ATRLers whom you asked this disagree with you too. I dont listen to either of them, but even I know that JT is more successful and popular right now, he makes R&B music and is acclaimed. So I chose him, also because I havent heard Usher in the radio for years.
As I have told, believe what you want, just dont push your own opinion and poor excuses on me. Bye.

And I provided you with the receipts on how little Justin Timberlake receives Airplay wise on R&B/Hip-Hop stations.
Now that you know for a FACT Usher receives more Airplay, I think it kinda means you should change your answer.

Your words mean nothing to me, hun. And if it is such a big deal for you, then there is R.Kelly, who is the King of R&B of the last 20 years imo, as I have stated in my previous post and you comfortably ignored it.
