2000s should not be Usher. It should be Beyonce. Usher got 8 #1's in 00s. Beyonce got 9 #1's in 00s more than any other artist that decade. Billboard unfairly split her DC #1's from her solo ones which is why Usher got the prize when even Billboard reported Bey was the #1 radio artist that decade
