Rih's only the biggest digital seller because she has a lot of singles out. Katy still has the bigger average in single sales.

Except Rihanna is global. Diamonds is diamond in france for example. WFL is one of the best selling songs of all time in the UK. Diamonds sold 700K in germany alone. Etc etc.
