Government Hooker is a bop.
I don't know if Judas is entirely her creation though. It kind of comes off more of a label push (especially since they were the ones that chose it for the followup single) and with the way it is similarly structured to Bad Romance.
The best thing about Born This Way is that she seemed to let go and push out whatever the hell was driving her. I do agree that Black Jesus is a terrible addition but I consider it an outtake since it isn't on the normal album.
