It's not something to worry about imo. If a song was going viral enough to reach #1 we'd know about it, and probably be expecting it. Like Harlem Shake was inescapable the first couple of weeks it went viral. The reason it was a surprise was because of the rule change.

But I hope Turn Down For What can get top 10 in the future.

It was a surprise because we didn't know Youtube was being included. If Youtube was being included before then, we'd probably have expected it. It was at #1 on iTunes as well.
