No. The beginning was live (she said "swerfin" instead of swerving before she lipped), then she went down and expected water so they had her cued in case of any gargling or any other mistakes, then she went back to live when Jay-Z came out.

It's all very technical. It's not plain "she lip sang" vs "she didn't".
