That discussion has nothing to do with whether or not the marriages taking place were actually real. Did you read the article in the OP? It's a perfectly legitimate debate over whether Macklemore's performance was exploitative.

Is it okay to refer to Madonna fans (myself included) as the "little medonsters" ?
I mean as far as I know the nickname rule only applies to artists and not fanbase names and you could say the use of the "m" is just to reference Madonna herself.
Anyway is it okay? I personally always chuckle whenever someone says it
