I don't argue down or criticize anyone for wearing hijabs. I don't find hijabs sexist or oppressive. I find them quite beautiful actually.
I wasn't saying they were the same thing. I said making the conversation "Well you can't question it because it's religion" is dangerous and an inherently flawed argument, because we've seen religion used to justify many terrible things very recently.
