That's a common complaint from, like, everyone I know. I didn't think I'd like it, either. I tend not to be very fond of Beyoncé ballads. I feel she concentrates more on her vocal stylings with little attention to production, and it becomes too modest at times. So I find them mostly unremarkable.
It really works in this case for "Heaven", though. I find it so soothing.
I'll definitely be seeing it, but I wish it was coming out around the holiday season
