I speak Spanish (first tongue), English (my most fluent langauge now), and Portuguese.. Spanish helped a lot in my portuguese in the beginning, but man do they have false cognates.... One time when I was speaking to a friend from Brazil, I said something really bad that even though it's bad in Spanish, it's not too bad lol...

I'm also trying to convert him into a Taylor fan... he used to find her ok but I've been showing him different songs and says he's changing his mind about her. State of Grace was his first song of 2014 thanks to me

Tay's Spanish isn't very good. Her accent is very American white girl But her German is okay.

It seems to be very hard for americans to speak spanish because of their accent. I remember this movie with Cameron Diaz where she says something like "owciuparrouwww" (yeah) and I would never have guessed she meant "ocupado" if the subtitles weren't on
