At no point does he grind against a wall, in no way is male shirtlessness considered graphic or explicit, and in no way does his avatar focus solely upon the rear end of it's subject; in fact, his rear is not once focused upon. In contrast the other avatar is 90% made up of the woman's behind and features said behind being grabbed.

Mariah's is still more sexual, her avi's focus is the cleavage (her face is cut out)
while my old one's focus is on the face (while most skin you see on her is back, which is not sexual, and shoulder)

I don't believe it would entirely fit guidelines even then, but it's probably best to wait until the moderator who sent you the reminder weighs in. My own thinking is that no, that wouldn't be enough, but I'm not the only opinion involved.
