When Disney asks major artists to cover their theme songs, the end-results is usually something remarkable and memorable. Peabo's voice is overpowering and too husky for the simplicity and beauty of this production. Celine feels the needs to add random broken runs throughout the song that throw it all off and leaves you wondering what kind of bird just smacked into your window. This is an example of artists who were uninspired and focused on their vocals more than how passionate the song could/should be. Bitches rely too much on their critically acclaimed vocals and forget that there's more to the art than just trying to hit notes out of the field. BATB is an iconic song and was not served any justice. Toni Braxton (with Trey Anastasio) could have done better than this.
