That's what the report says. You're naive if you're basing your judgement on that surveillance video. The reporter said the video is moments before he was pulled over. The video doesn't show anything before that. The cops could of seen the two cars racing and followed them and then pulled them over after they had slowed down. That's what happens most of the time. Don't try to tell me a cop happened to see him get out of the club and into his car; then decided to follow him to stop him because that is just silly and delusional.

So either the Miami police lied when they arrested him, and Justin did nothing wrong,
or Justin did do all this, and paid good money to cover it all up.

Either way, the Miami police department is corrupt as hell.
I just wonder if Justin paid them to cover it up or if he's innocent.
