I don't think the rest is unbelievable. She obviously has an addictive personality and we've seen the effect drugs have on her - and she was probably worse pre-Fame when she was trying to fit in with the older, 'cooler' crowd (Luc, Starlight etc.). Anorexia/bulimia are commonplace, and this is a girl who's not naturally stick thin and pretty trying to make it in one of the most superficial industries there is. The bullying she probably sensationalises, but I don't doubt she got a hard time at school because she tries hard to make people like her, is pretty eccentric and had her head in the clouds. We all know how the slightest thing that makes you stand out can get you bullied, and an all girls school? Lord.
Not saying I believe everything she says, but let's give her a litttttle credit.
