Calling Miley Cyrus a fad is not really accurate. But calling her a "main pop girl" is definitely not accurate. Even though Miley Cyrus has been on the scene since 2006, she's only been a "successful pop star" for one year, and that was in 2013. Ke$ha has been a successful pop star for half a decade. Miley has been successful for 12 months. That's the difference.

We'll see how it goes with Cyrus' next album. The music has got to be good, though.
Controversy will only get you so far if the music sucks -- ask Lady Gaga.
