I've been fuming that Angela hasn't been in the Opening Credits since the first episode! But it was probably in the agreement when she signed the contract.
It was probably her idea, because "Guest star" usually is made to put emphasis on that actress, for the same reason that Jessica Lange is always credited last as "and Jessica Lange" (And the prior actor credited as "with ___").
