Sort of related: I did that followercheck thing with her a few days ago (out of curiousity to see if Katheryn was following her), and was curious about what producers follow her (other than the ARTPOP ones). My findings:

Darkchild follows her, but she doesn't follow back.
Dev Hynes and Danja also follow her (not mutual though).
Cherry Boom Boom and Space Cowboy aren't following her, and she's not following them
Fernando and RedOne both still follow her and she follows them

Not that this says much about whether they'll work together or not, but it might help give an idea.

Ugggh. Swinefest was like REALLY flawless. Probably one of the best things about this era. Listening to it again makes me really love the music and not everything surrounding it.

Plus IWBWY was WAY better than dopey.

Like I said, online reception of the album has been negative. I've played a few songs to people who are indifferent to her and they didn't really enjoy it. This whole "everybody is against her111!!!" attitude needs to stop. Both her fans as her fans need to realize that she has declined really fast musically.

ARTPOP was such a crushing disappointment to me because we'd heard the best it had to offer before it was even released. The only songs we hadn't heard something of until it was released were Fashion and Donatella. Like...

I mean, maybe the swinefest songs were the worst of the ARTPOP tracklist she had in mind back then, but why then she changed at last minute? Why work on the album for two years if you're gonna rush songs like Venus, Fashion and Dope at last minute? Keep Brooklyn Nights, Temple and songs already finished and leave last minute additions to Act II. That way maybe she would had time to work in the final versions of the songs instead of giving us that unfinished Swine, Artpop and Venus mess.
