Funeral is the best album of the 00's, that aint a lie. but that doesn't change the fact that mvotc was the best album of 2k13 and Refloptor was the biggest disappointment.
I would say it was second after Kid A and yes it was a disappointment and that was mostly because of the length and MVOTC was not the best at all
