The twist concerning Bieber's dad isn't the least surprising. Bieber's parents aren't sh*t, to be honest. I read his mother's book on a whim --- think of the movie Thirteen, multiply that by five, and that's only a chapter in her life. Anything that was out there to do, she did it.
