There's four members are always insulting other members. Why not just thread-ban them? On average we have 22 members viewing the thread on the daily, which doesn't equal to half of the members being problems, so to speak.

Exactly, the last dozen pages have been fine because you guys had something to discuss, but we've been getting multiple reports a day and quite some help requests too. Yesterday there have been quite a few warnings in there.

Exactly. Nicki hasn't released a damn ALBUM since April 2012. We got a re-release in November 2012, but besides that, we've gotten NO form of solo music.

What else would you like us to discuss? We have some real, respectful discussions in there, and yes, there are moments of conflict, but it happens.

The repeat offenders should be removed (like they would in any normal situation). Penalizing an entire fanbase for the mistakes of others isn't the way to go about it, at all.

Maybe just maybe the help requests should be read and the reports should be read and see whose name pops up in all of them and threadban them. I am 85% sure, you'll see the same name in most of them.
