He's not an adult. He's still a teenager to be correct.
Yes, but He's also a Canadian citizen (he stated previously he never wants to become an american citizen) so this will be interesting case to watch sadly
What I'm saying is the term adult to me is someone who shows responsibility. By me saying he's a kid, he's being an idiot. I was trying to insult him without getting in trouble but I failed miserably.

Just because he's a young adult doesn't mean he shouldn't pay for his consequences. What kind of example does that set? "You're only being young and dumb. Just don't do it again." What a terrible lesson. There's a difference between skipping your classes kind of mistakes and potentially killing people kind of mistakes.
