It really doesn't make any sense right now to release a video when #1 is already on lock. The xtra streaming when things are close to another song will keep this at #1.

I agree. There is no hurry to release any video or perform it. It would be nice for us fans but I rather wait and it have a bigger success.
If they really want this to have 5+ weeks at #1, they should release a lyrical video the second week of Feb and the music video at the end of February and then she can perform it on AI/Voice.
Maybe she'll do a mash-up of her preview singles from PRISM.
