 | It's cute... But I never really got its appeal. I guess Manaphy just always came off as too cheesy to me. I'm ok with its position, personally, but I know I'm one of the few. I mean... It's pretty cute and pretty strong too.
Battle Use: It's got Tail Glow. Really, that's all that needs to be said. A +3 Sp. Attack boost on 100 base Sp. Attack... Damn. I'm scared of this little thing.
Final Thoughts: Can this thing stop "connecting" with people's hearts please? So cheesy...

I doubt people knew/cared enough about the sabotage, but I still expected it to miss the Top 50, despite me liking Luxray.

 | How did this balloon get so high? Not that it doesn't deserve it, but... I mean, it's out right after 3 legends. It BEAT those 3 legends. Also, another question: What's so ghostly about this? It's a balloon... It's a physical thing. If I punch a balloon, it may not do much, but it does something.
Battle Use: It's not good in Little Cup. Outclassed by Gastly and Misdreavus, and has horrible weaknesses. The only thing working for it is the Unburden + Flying Gem combo. BUT, in XY, Flying Gem is unobtainable. So yeah... It's not so good.
Final Thoughts: I liked how this thing flew by every week at the wind generator though
