What's wrong about writing about pop culture and things you believe in? I'd be the first to admit that ARTPOP fell dreadfully short of ambition and is her least artistic album by far but I don't think we should confine musicians to a standard in which they can only discuss rudimentary feelings

I at least appreciate Gaga for having that scope, despite the fact she really missed the target
