!!!!! This is true. Jay's raps can be lazy and uninspired now, but he's still one of the best rappers to
ever touch a mic. You will NEVER see a best of all time Hip Hop list from any publication without Reasonable Doubt in the top ten (usually top five) and the only rappers you'll see listed ahead of him are Tupac, Biggie and sometimes Nas. People do too much on Jay.
I do think Bey could DELIVER a rap well extremely tho; her timing and flow is impeccable.
