Yeah, I certainly don't think he's a homophobe. He has been more than welcoming to the band's male fans (obviously 99% bi/gay) in the past. This just proves that he's very ignorant, and hopefully he'll take it as a chance to learn and grow.

I certainly lost a good bit of respect for him, though. No jawline and abs can make up for that.

In all honesty, I believe he didn't mean any harm with the comment, but at the same time, he's in a position where he's being watched by millions, and in today's society, any comment you make can be taken the wrong way, so he really needs to watch what he says in future. As far as this meltdown goes? It's a total mess. I thought he was the smarter, mature one from the group, but I thought wrong.
