I think he's talking about Gabrielle Union.
But while Gabourey is not that great of actress, she has certainly surprised many. Many people thought she was going to completely fade, but she has found roles outside of Precious. Where is Mo'Nique? I think Precious did more harm to her career than helped it. She hasn't done much since.
