I'm pretty surprised some people (and that turns out to be many people) think that if song is #1, that equals "good song", and "not number one = flop, bad song"
Maybe Shakira can get out of Barcelona and promote her own single. For someone who struggles in the U.S., she sure isn't showing any signs of urgently trying to get her music played.
