And what makes you think we would get hits from Act II? Also I want to hear (most) Act I songs on tour and I don't want them to get ditched just because she couldn't stick with it.

I don't think it'd show she doesn't believe in ARTPOP, more that she knows she's a brand who needs to put out products that people buy in order to remain in business. Pop is an industry where marketing is key and music is secondary. She's also not the only person who gets a say in her career - she has a label heavily invested in her.

But touring Europe during winter would be horrible! She should tour South America during winter. But we will see I guess.

I understand that. But actually going on a great tour could strengthen her brand in the end.

She still had a huge tour with BTW and that was a year after the album was out, the last two singles flopped in Europe and her brand was already damaged.
