Hiding the small countries, we're still top 10 in 19 countries. This could become a decent worldwide hit once the music video drops. Shakira however needs to promote this song in the U.S, Australia, and Japan because the song WILL NOT become a hit on it's own in those countries.
She hasn't promoted in Japan and Australia since 2002, so I wouldn't count on that changing yet. That Japan figure (#22) is good for her considering she only started gaining relevancy again there with "Waka Waka".
