And run Defog + Rapid Spin. Donphan was popular last Gen on sun teams and he has Knock Off now, so he may me useful. But if you're gonna run Dugtrio you may want to try something else, idk.

Leavanny is not that good in OU with that terrible typing tbh.

You get it as a gift in HG/SS. From Dragon's Den I think. You can then breed that Dratini to get more with the move.
