Hmmmmm. Shakira's non-presence is bothering me and it's because even during the "She Wolf" single launch she was already out and about physically promoting by the 3rd day the single had been released.

* July 14th - Interview at Kiss 108 Boston

This time around, she phoned in one 8 minute interview with Ryan Seacrest and that's it. Does that mean Shakira will start promoting today since it's the third day?

And yeah about the She Wolf era, I remember when she even promoted SW in some Walmart parking lot or something

I just watched a video of "Hey You" yesterday and only found out she performed that Oral Fixation album track in New York Times Square
