Yeah they eat parasites and dead animals skin and contain HIGH amount of poison and mercury(something that takes 5-20 years for your body to process out of itself.) and it can give you cancer.
They're the same inside as cows and pigs. Just because something's ugly that doesn't mean it matters less. Blue Ivy's ugly but that doesn't mean she should be mistreated!
