I can't see CRTFY being a radio hit. It's pretty different, not instantly catchy enough to be a guaranteed pop hit, it's not dominating iTunes, and Shakira is just a general non factor on pop.

I really don't think they actually care about Rihanna being featured. Like she can be a great addition to the song, but she can't make them play something alien. Just like how Katy being featured on a John Mayer song does not suddenly make it fly up CHR upon release.
