It was dumb luck really, they usually have to spell it out for me. And I like to care about characters, but in Dark Places everyone was just too unlikable.
I wouldn't say I have high standards, I mean This Is How We Do is my jam.
I had somebody else tell me they couldn't get into DP b/c the characters are so unlikable. Not everyone can be edgy like me and rihannafan. We don't need relatable characters!

Yes. Libby is literally amazing. How can anyone hate her?

So we all agree that Stay is the most iconic song of this decade and umbrella of the past decade?
On taking a retreat to Sedona, Arizona: “I’ll never forget it. I was starting to hike up the red rocks, and honestly, it was as if I heard the rock say: ‘You have the answers. You are your teacher.’ I thought I was having an auditory hallucination.”
nnnn She WOULD have a conversation with a rock. Insufferable, conceited bitch.
See, this is why you ended up stanning for a local flop.
And I wouldn't have it any other way.

It's more engrossing and rewarding when I can root for someone. The actress who plays Libby needs to be amazing for this film adaptation to work.
I was going to say that Robbie Williams was the British version of Beyoncé, but then I realized that Beyoncé is the American version of Robbie Williams. Both were in successful groups and then broke away to a larger and more successful solo career. But Robbie Williams did it first and better. He did it about 7 or 8 years before she did and outsold her albums 2x over. King Robbie Williams.
