Kelly tours, but she does terrible on tour.
Carrie does really well on tour, plus her albums still sell.

i dont want to drag her tour receipts because Peanut,Duca,etc already drag them for me.. all i know is she cant pull in 10m in her tour gross. lol + trucks of KFC and Domino's every year.. that could explain her huge expenses.
