I would advise that you, like Phoenetic mentioned, send in a HELP request. By doing so, the moderator that warned you will be able to have their attention brought over to your request. Hopefully, they can contact you if need be, going over either reversing the point or why the point(s) will stand.
Or is someone just very annoyed at that trend?
