Just finished watching "August-Osage County." I was pleasantly surprised by Julia Roberts.
I had previously written her off and thought she was over, but I have never seen her
like that in a role. Turns out she can still put out a good performance.
Also just listened to "Can't Remember To Forget You." And...
I don't know. That constant sound. What sound is that? That constant island guitar/synth sound
throughout the entire song ruins and cheapens the song. It's unneeded and makes it sound
like a No Doubt record. I'll still support it because it's Shakira, but I'm underwhelmed.
I think the record could have been so much better with a different production.
I'm going to watch "Blue Jasmine" in a few minutes.
