Yeah, the chorus is weak for two reasons:

1. The "oooh oooh" melody isn't very strong
2. "Can't remember to forget you" is delivered as a kind of closing statement, rather than as a hook.

I was a bit nervous about Rih, her 2013 #1. It didn't come until the last month in the year, but yet it still came. Imagine if this hits #1 in the first month of 2014, anything else after that will just be icing on her Royal cake.
