Meh, if Adele does release this year, they're not really in direct competition at the Grammys, except for the general field and Pop Solo Performance. Bey is dominating the R&B categories and Rap/Sung probably. And they're not giving Adele a second AOTY, so I think Bey nearly has that too.

It will be interesting what Adele will bring to the table, this will be Adele's make it or break it moment. Her music mainly had been focusing on her sorrow involving several heartbreaks. Will lightning strike twice and will she repeat this formula, or will she see light in her artistry and release something in a complete different vein.
At this point it is still up in the air, whether Adele will be the real competition for Beyoncé
