It obviously had promo but it was non conventional and they purely relied on word of mouth for this. They released an album out of nowhere and as big as Beyonce, everyone will report it the following day in their respective news outlets thus letting them do the work.
If she promotes in a conventional way like TV performances, Award Shows, the album can reach 4 Million MAX unless one of her songs becomes HUGE then 4 Mill Max with conventional promo. Without it, I'd give her 3.5 Max but I'm leaning on 3 Million more than 3.5.
