Its actually ironic - the most developed African countries are the ones that have greater ''white presence'' like South Africa

Zimbabwe isn't dirt poor. The currency is useless but they use US $ now. South Africa does better but black people in South Africa are really oppressed plus there is a lot of racial tension in South Africa. They don't report the white people being murdered, poverty and segregation in South Africa because its important to keep the illusion that black people and white people are living together peacefully.
Also there is little to no poverty in Zimbabwe and it has one of the highest literacy rates in the world (although its going down because of the sanctions from England)
Either way its a completely independent country that has been isolated by the whole world and its doing great. USA could never.
